Our Purpose

‘Prepsteps’ is a 501(3)c organization, created to address gaps in career pathing through experiential learning. We conduct workshops geared toward 21st-century real-world skill-building that have practical and professional implications.  

Our instruction and learning processes help prospective students set future courses through critical thinking methodologies, career road-mapping, and building personalized toolkits that will equip students with the assets needed to navigate strategically through.  STEAM principles are also incorporated into the program, with a focus on ‘A’ that represents Arts Integration.   The application of Arts Integration promotes creativity that is essential to Science & Technology.   

 We aim to accomplish our goals through project-based learning, collaboration, design thinking techniques, mind mapping, personal branding development, written and oral communication, and strategy, as core principles of the program.  Students will gain a foundation that will propel their personal and professional careers necessary to become successful. The key to starting the journey is to PREP FOR SUCCESS!
